Labour market services

Our labour market services include the labour market policy advocacy of our member companies and a wide range of services for members in matters related to working life.

We negotiate three collective agreements for the sector with our negotiating partners. Our aim is to ensure that these collective agreements meet the needs of our member companies and promote the competitiveness and operating conditions of companies in the energy sector.

We strive to ensure that companies have sufficient workforce and that the training needed in the sector meets the needs of our member companies in terms of quantity, quality and content. We promote an equal, diverse and safe working life. Our goal is zero workplace accidents.
